Clean, friendly hotel. No issues with the property itself. The location leaves a little to be desired. We were approached by pan-handlers right outside the hotel entrance multiple times, and the area didn't feel all that safe to wander around looking for food options. My main issue is a "bait and switch" rate issue I experienced. My company booked a room for me at government per diem. When I checked out, I discovered the hotel was charging me $35 per night more than my allowable per diem (and above what my reservation stated in my paperwork). I discussed with the front desk clerk without any resolution. The manager on duty couldn't be bothered to come out and discuss with me. I was told by the clerk that "...rates had changed since my reservation was made...". That's not how this is supposed to work and now I have to pay the difference in rates out of pocket. Not cool. Shady. Greedy. I would suggest you verify the rate and make sure the hotel doesn't change it on you. If you are not a fan of shady business practices, I suggest you look elsewhere. I will not be using this property again.

Location, location, location. Obviously great spot if you're catching a show at Proctors. My gal pal and I have stayed here multiple times and found the location so helpful for parking and food before and after the show. We've peeked at other hotels nearby, similar quality- just as expensive. What sets this hotel apart is it's customer service. We've been very well accommodated by front desk staff, the cleaning staff is always friendly, and the cherry on top has to be Felicia. Make sure to stop for breakfast in the morning, if not for the hot eggs wraps and waffles, to see Felicia. She has a way of starting a day off great by being attentive, kind, and uplifting. I hope everyone gets a chance to stay when Felicia is working. I've taken a dip in the pool before and worked out at the gym. Their facilities are clean and well kept. We'll be back!
